Pin and Poke is for women who are bored of traditional beauty approaches rooted in restriction, fixing, and diminishing ourselves. Instead, we are for women who are curious — women who understand that everything showing on the face is an invitation to observe ourselves on an even deeper level.

Here, we blend beauty with Chinese medicine, and a little magic along the way. This work is about reclaiming your relationship with beauty as a relationship to your personal power and freedom.

Beyond my work as a practitioner, I am a teacher and a guide. Every treatment, course, and touch point we create here at P&P is designed to be practical, transformative, and deeply nourishing — always to remind you that you are pretty freaking magical.

When I’m not teaching or staring at faces, I’m mothering my beautiful daughter. Immersing myself in the intersection of motherhood, self-care, and the female experience.

Because when women learn to fully love themselves, that is when true healing will ripple out into the world.
